Our Commitment
Russells was co-founded in 2004 by Donna Russell. She has amassed more than 30 years of experience, including 14 years as an associate at two West End firms, culminating in becoming a partner for six years before focusing on her practice. A competent team has been formed to serve a diverse portfolio across various sectors and help clients successfully address their most complex and critical challenges.
Our clients comprise various people and businesses, including partnerships, incorporated companies, self-employed individuals, ex-patriots, and retired people.

Our Fees
We recognise that a successful client-accountant relationship is built on trust. Regarding your bill, we will agree on all pricing with you in advance, so there are no surprises.
Our packages are customised to meet your current and future needs. We will also decide on a package together before you ever see a bill.
Okay, but how much does it cost?
Personal Tax (from £35 + VAT per month)
Sole Traders (from £60 + VAT per month)
Companies (from £140 + VAT per month)
Our fees are based on the number of transactions, business size, and the amount of work we complete each month/quarter. We also consider the quality of records. It is not fair to charge a price to a client whose records are complete and of high quality (completed by another bookkeeper or us), while setting the same price to another client whose records are incomplete, incorrect, and in need of additional work.
How do the fees work?
We work out with our clients the services they need at present and over the coming twelve months, though in most cases, the services can change during that period. We then agree on a fee to cover all the work and spread it equally, in monthly payments, over that same twelve months.
Each amount is invoiced and is payable in line with our usual terms. We provide and encourage direct debit payment to ensure no breaks in service due to late payment. Any additional work during that period can be added, with any fee again agreed upon in advance.
